How Sessions Work: Sessions are done via phone or over the internet with via Skype or locally, if practical. Sessions last 1-2 hours and are totally guided and directed by the Loving Intelligence of the Universe within you. Coaches simply talk with your guidance, with your permission, so the process is highly efficient, gentle and loving.

This inner guidance, the universal force of Life and Love some call God, or the Holy Spirit, Divine Guidance, etc. knows everything needed to return you to your perfection...which is like saying "your perfect happiness, joy and freedom" --completely absent of any suffering. With your permission, your coach communicates directly with your guidance and completely follow their lead as to how best to bring you into your wholeness.
